![]() It's driving me crazy and ruining my fun. ![]() Thank you so much to anyone who can help me with this. Is there anything else I'm missing there? I tried low, med, high buffer/sample rate. It's irritating, I cannot record without being sure if the crackling will start mid-performance. I'm sure it has something to the with the buffer in the drivers, when I change the sample settings, I get no crackling at all for a couple of minutes, but then it starts again. I5 3570k OC'd to 4.5ghz (tried disable the overclock, didn't change anything) The thing is, my PC is a beast, with no virus whatsoever, and close to nothing running in the background. Didn't work, but I realised that the problem didn't come from my interface since it happens without using it. I tried leaving my interface off and using my sound card as an output through ASiO4ALL. But I will always get some god damn crackling noise. ![]() The audio design features high-performance, musical components like NE5532 op amps for rich sound quality. ![]() Two of TASCAM’s Ultra-HDDA mic/line preamps provide up to 57dB of gain with nearly inaudible noise and distortion specs. I can make good recordings that sounds good. TASCAM’s US-2×2 combines great audio quality and ergonomic design for a powerful 2-in/2-out USB 2 Audio interface. This must-see audio interface for music production, podcast and live streaming content creators features 2 mic/line combo jack inputs with support for guitar input, with included MIDI in/out ports. I started with a Tascam US-1800 and a couple of mics. ![]()
